Operations Management has always been a challenging and exciting endeavor owing to its turbulent and uncertain nature. Digital Transformation has continued to increase in popularity across the Operations and Supply chain Management community within the last decade. Many business leaders and industry pioneers are looking forward to the Fifth Industrial Revolution, often known as Industry 5.0, which will concentrate on exploiting the relationship between the human touch, innovation, and efficiency. Therefore, there is a need for an extensive and exhaustive display of scholarly work from the greatest and most accomplished minds under the gamut of Operations Management.

International Conference on Operations and Supply Chain Management (ICOSCM 2023), organized at Symbiosis Institute of Operations Management, Nashik, a Constituent of Symbiosis Internal University (SIU) provides an effective platform for academicians, research scholars, and other stakeholders to deliberate, discuss and strive to effectuate remarkable resilience in the field of Operations and Supply Chain Management to help businesses steer through such crises unscathed even in the future. The objective of ICOSCM 2023 is to spread, facilitate, and support research in order to catalyze the promotion of academic excellence and to close the gap between theory and practice.
